Hi there and thanks for stopping by!  My name is Lauren Hight.  I’m a fitness and nutrition coach with a passion for getting former athletes back into shape.

Unlike what we were taught as athletes, we don’t have to spend hours training each week to see or maintain results.  If we get smart about our workouts and what we eat, then we can minimize our time at the gym and get on with our lives.
